Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that during peak seasons or for high-demand products, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):
We offer standard shipping across Australia with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping:
We are happy to ship internationally! International shipping times typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for these charges.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $150 (Australia only).

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues). We appreciate your patience in such cases and will do our best to assist with any concerns.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
